11am tamalE Party!

A pre-wedding party with Oaxacan-Tamales, which makes them "Oaxacan Style tamales" in Texas, along with chips & salsa on the porch. These are traditional banana leaf tamales made by our friend Heydi. They are naturally gluten-free. Vegetarian (from the Garden) and carnivorous options will be provided. This is a pre-wedding primer, our last-supper as singles.

1pm BBQ + CANOEING + MORE!

We LOVE brunch, but we want to sleep in, and I'm sure you do too! Join us afterwards for BBQ and more! Canoeing, Horse Shoes, Tree Swings, Hammocks, or just hang out and chat with friends. Take your pick!

NOTE: Vegetarian and Gluten Free options will be provided.

3pm FOREST WALK + TREE PLANTING!

Part of our mission here is to beautify the landscape through attention, creativity, research, and hard work. In the forest, this means planting trees or watching them grow. 

If you have the time to stick around and want to do something fun, JOIN US for our "November Forest" planting to celebrate our wedding days and the natural beauty of this place!

We want you to have fun and enjoy your time with us, but please be mindful of your step! We are in NATURE, and on an operating FARM. Longhorns, Donkeys, Ducks, Geese, Chickens, Snakes, Skunks, Spiders, Ticks, Bobcats, Poison Ivy, Mosquitos, Mountain Lions, Guinea Hens, Fire Ants, Road Runners, Beaver, Raccoon, Squirrels, Stinging Nettle & Scorpions will be in attendance. Yep. All here. Please wear appropriate shoes / attire, and be prepared for the outdoors!
